1 General questions
1.1 Are the products CPNP registered?
Yes, all products listed on our site are registered on the CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal) by a European Responsible Person (RP).
1.2 Do you provide certificates?
No, we do not provide certificates. Retailers are not required to hold certificates. Only the Responsible Person maintains the PIF (Product Information File) necessary for CPNP registration. In some countries, buyers may also need to register on CPNP, but the RP's information is sufficient for this process, and we can provide that information upon request.
1.3 Do you provide product labels?
No, we do not provide labels. However, 98% of the products feature English text on the packaging. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that products are labeled according to local regulatory requirements. If your country only requires the Responsible Person's information on the label, we can provide this for you.
1.4 Can you label the products for us?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide labeling services. Given the diversity of languages and labeling requirements across Europe, it is not feasible for us to maintain labels for each country.
1.5 What are Custom Terms?
LW Wholesale operates throughout Europe and adheres to Custom Terms to avoid conflicts with brand-exclusive partners. This means certain products cannot be offered in specific countries. Custom Terms are outlined in the product description where applicable.
2 Placing order
2.1 What are the MOA and MOQ?
The Minimum Order Amount (MOA) is €500 (excluding VAT and shipping costs) per order. You may mix brands and products as long as the total order amount meets the €500 minimum. The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for each product is 3 units, except for sheet masks. These are sold per set, each set contains 10 pieces.
2.2 Are there any additional costs?
For our EU partners, there will be no further costs like customs or import taxes because our warehouse is based in The Netherlands. All the goods will leave from our warehouse.
VAT will be automatically waived if a valid VAT number is provided in your account. If no VAT number is detected, a 21% VAT will be applied. Please verify your VAT number with the
European Commission. If your VAT number is valid but the system still applies VAT, kindly contact us at
[email protected] for assistance.
2.3 What shipping methods do you offer, and what are the costs?
We offer shipping via DHL, or buyers can arrange their own shipping. To arrange a pickup, please contact us at
[email protected]. Alternatively, you may coordinate shipping through our local partner at info(at)vcakoeriers.nl.
Please note that LW Wholesale is not responsible for any loss or damage to goods once they leave our warehouse. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the order’s destination and weight. For more information, visit our

2.4 Do you ship outside of Europe?
No, we do not ship outside of Europe. Buyers outside the European Union will need to arrange their own shipping. You may contact info(at)vcakoeriers.nl for assistance in organizing international shipments.
3 Payment
3.1 What are the payment terms?
Full payment must be made in advance, and we exclusively accept bank transfers as the payment method.

Please allow 2-4 business days for the payment to be processed. Once we have confirmed receipt of your payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be shipped, and a Track and Trace code will be provided the same evening.
3.2 Are refunds and exchanges possible?
Refunds and exchanges are not accepted without prior approval. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days and are subject to a 20% administrative fee. Exchange costs are also the responsibility of the buyer.
