Important notice

Due to anticipated high demand between November 22nd and November 29th, LW Wholesale will not be shipping any new orders during this time.
To avoid delays, we strongly recommend placing your orders early over the next few days.

Orders placed between this time frame will begin shipping on Tuesday, December 3rd

At LW Wholesale, we strive to dispatch your orders promptly. Orders placed on business days before 8:00 PM will be processed the same day. However, please be aware that due to factors such as stock availability and order volume, processing times may occasionally be extended.

Responsibility and Shipping Terms

Please note that LW Wholesale assumes no responsibility for the delivery of your package or any damage incurred during transit. Once the goods leave our warehouse, responsibility for the shipment transfers to you. We take all necessary measures to package products securely to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.

Shipping fees
Shipping fees are exclusive of VAT and are calculated per carton box with a maximum weight of 30 kg and dimensions of 120x60x50 cm for standard addresses. Additional charges apply for remote area addresses.

Wrong item(s) received

If you receive items that were not ordered, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

Order not received

Use the Track & Trace code to monitor your order's status. If the order is not traceable, contact us promptly for assistance. Ensure that your address is correct for accurate delivery.

Incorrect address details:

If you provided an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to amend the address if the package has not yet been dispatched. If the package is already in transit, we will make every effort to ensure delivery. If the package is returned, reshipping will incur additional costs. If you cancel a returned shipment due to an incorrect address, a refund will be issued minus shipping fees.
